CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING CEREMONY

Deadline to register: Monday, October 28, 2024 by 5:30 pm
Must drop off application at our office 707 Dool Avenue or via email to recreation@calexico.ca.gov
* No refunds after your application has been accepted!
Registration Fee:
Spaces are 10x10 ft.
• Business Non-Food: $10
• Food Booth: $25 Cash Only ($10 + Health permit $15)
All food and merchandise vendors must obtain and provide a City of Calexico One-Day Business License (NO EXEPTIONS)
• Informational Booth: Free (no selling or giving out snacks)
Please decorate your booth and provide a game/activity for children
** All groups must supply their own electricity. tables, canopies, trash cans and chairs for booths.
** Bring the holiday spirit to your booths by decorating them with cheerful lights, ornaments, and holiday decor.
Vendor Registration Form. registration fee and application for a Temporary Food Facility Permit. if applicable. Must be
submitted by 5:30 PM on October 28. 2024 at the Calexico Recreation Department at 707 Dool Avenue.
