Deadline to register: Monday, November 3, 2025 by 4:30 pm at the Calexico Recreation Department at 707 Dool Avenue.

Must drop off application at our office 707 Dool Avenue.
* No refunds after your application has been accepted!
* Spaces are 10x10 ft.

 

 

 

 

Registration Fee:  

Non-Profit Informational Booth Free (no selling or giving out snacks). Need to provide an activity for children.
Non-Food Selling $25
Food Booth  $75 Cash Only ($25 Event registration fee + Health Permit $50)
Food Booth Mobile unit 6 & 12 Month Permit holder $25.00

* All food and merchandise vendors must obtain and provide a City of Calexico One-Day Business License (NO EXEPTIONS).
* All Vendors, food and non-food items must show proof of California sellers permit (NO EXPECTIONS).
* All groups must supply their own electricity. tables, canopies, trash cans and chairs for booths.
* Bring the Christmas spirit to your booths by decorating them with Christmas decor.
